HOW IT WORKS

You can sign up yourself and/or your company for:

Learn to recognise and appropriately challenge your own bias, as well as that of others. This includes equality legislation, policies, processes, procedures and best practice. Designed to help companies/individuals understand how to tackle all forms of discrimination and to learn more about promoting equality on every front (including recruitment, building diverse teams, leadership etc.).

Training managers to align with your company’s diversity strategy, and to manage diversity and inclusion at all stages: including, recruitment, communication, conflict resolution, delegation, feedback, check-ins and teambuilding. Understanding the importance of diversity and making it a day to day reality for managers and their teams. Training also covers the main equality laws and information on how to recognise and deal with inappropriate behaviour, bias and banter.
A training on how to be an effective mentor to mentees from underrepresented backgrounds. This includes learning the role of mentor, key skills, communication strategies, listening skills, questioning skills, rapport and trust-building, providing feedback.
A training session designed to raise your understanding of the issues to be considered when supporting an employee experiencing mental ill-health at work.
